Terms and Conditions
Turn-around time is approx 3 weeks from order date to despatch date for items with embroidery, screen printing or heat press transfers.
For orders without artwork, orders can be despatched approx 10 days from order date.
Urgent orders required inside the usual turnaround time will attract an urgent order surcharge, which is $30+GST on orders under the value of $300, or 10% of the total order for orders over $300, plus express freighting costs.
If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will contact your directly.
A 50% deposit is required when your order is placed and the balance to be paid on or before collection or despatch.
Please ensure you read care instructions before washing garments.

Returns & Credits
Returns due to change of mind or providing us with incorrect sizing or garment information, can be exchanged, and a restocking fee of $30.00+GST will apply.
Garments that have been screen printed, embroidered or decorated in any way cannot be returned unless faulty.
Goods cannot be returned for credit after 10 days from dispatch date of order. Discrepancy claims against orders will only be accepted within 5 working days from receipt of order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Absolute Apparel if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will make enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery due to courier or postal delays.
In accordance with our terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that a late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size/weight of the order and whether goods are shipped by Parcel Post, Express Post or courier. If you place a web order, we will contact you by email to inform you of the correct price that will be charged prior to shipping your products. If you require a quote before placing your order, the freight costs will be included on the quote so you are aware of the total cost of your order before proceeding.
We reserve the right to charge additional freight in cases where deliveries are returned to us, due to customer being unavailable to sign for the package, if required, or has not organised an alternative delivery arrangements. We recommend an authority to leave be noted in the comments section of the order process to avoid delays and charges in the unlikely event of a failed delivery.
If you wish to use your own courier service, we are happy to oblige; just provide us with these details in the “Shipping Instructions” section when you place your order. We will contact you when your order is ready for despatch so you can organise your courier to collect.
