Artwork Requirements

Submitting your Artwork

Once you have added the garments to the Shopping Cart and you click on the Checkout button, you will be given the option to add your artwork under Artwork Details. Even if you send your order and your artwork later, you will be emailed a quote including the artwork (less the amount already paid through the Checkout for your garments).  Alternatively, you can simply go to our Contact Us page and submit your artwork along with the style numbers and quantities on the enquiry and we can email you back a quote for the whole order (including freight).

Embroidery of Artwork

If you would like your artwork/logo embroidery on your garments, we require your artwork in PDF or JPG format. 

You will be charged a one-off setup fee to have your artwork digitised by our embroiderer and this amount will be priced separately on your quote.

Embroidery of Text

If you choose one of our Standard Fonts (see PDF file below) to use to just to have text embroidered on your garments, there will be no setup charge for your embroidery. Please select the font you require and type the name of the font along with the wording you require in the Artwork Instructions box when you are in the Checkout window of your Shopping Cart.

Direct to Film Printing

If you want your artwork printed on your garments, Direct-to-film (DTF) printing is a process where digital designs are printed directly onto a special film, which is then transferred to fabric using heat and pressure.  For DTF printing, you must supply your artwork in Vector format.  You will be charged a one-off new logo setup fee will be charged on your first order, and then a repeat logo setup fee (half the new logo setup) will apply to future orders.

Heat Press Printing

Heat Press is also another printing process that you might prefer to DTF printing as it tends to be more efficient over short runs than DTF.  For Heat Press, you must supply your artwork in Vector format.  

There is no setup charge for heat press printing.

Dye Sublimation

If you want create your own designs, you might prefer to do Dye Sublimation (Dye Sub).  Dye Sub of clothing involves using heat to transfer dye directly into the fabric, resulting in vibrant, long-lasting colors that are embedded into the fibers, making the designs resistant to fading and cracking.  For Dye Sub, you must supply your artwork in Vector format. There is a minimum order of 20 garments required.
